1) The consumer has the right to refund/exchange the products within 14 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of food, treats and medical products. (the product should be in its original condition)
2) The consumer is responsible of the delivery fee in case of refund/exchange. the delivery fee will be determined based on the area.
3) For refund, the consumer has the right to receive the product amount with a deduct of 3.25% of the product price. (service fee)
